VINIŠĆE LIVING

Construction is currently underway on six luxury villas with accompanying facilities and swimming pools in Vinišće, near Trogir. To preserve the architectural tradition of this exceptional location, the design proportions of the project respect the natural landscape. The goal was to create calm, clean, and understated structures.




Vinišće Bay Living is located in the center of the town yet offers a completely peaceful environment. Just a one-minute walk from the town square, it remains surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views. The villas, with living areas ranging from approximately 214 m² to 254 m², feature spacious terraces, swimming pools, and outdoor barbecue areas. All buildings share similar floor plan dimensions and consist of a basement and ground floor. The structures are designed using a combination of 25 cm solid reinforced concrete load-bearing walls and 25 cm exterior brick block walls.




Construction work is currently in progress on all six villas.
