Main contractor for the construction of a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Opuzen.

The building has an irregular shape with approximate dimensions of 40.00 m x 16.00 m. It is designed as a multi-residential structure with a ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic (G+2+A). The building will include four apartments, four commercial units, and seventeen residential units. The foundation system consists of a 45 cm thick reinforced concrete slab. The vertical structure is composed of 25 cm reinforced concrete walls and columns, while the horizontal structure consists of intermediate and roof reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 15 cm.
