Main contractor for the construction of individual semi-detached residential buildings with swimming pools in Duba.

In line with the project requirements, construction involves a semi-detached residential building with a basement, ground floor, and one upper floor (B+G+1) containing a single residential unit. The vertical load-bearing structure consists of 20 cm thick reinforced concrete walls and columns, while the horizontal structure is formed by reinforced concrete intermediate and roof slabs with a thickness of 20 cm.
