In November 2023, reinforced concrete works began on the construction of a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Opuzen. The planned structure is designed as an individual multi-residential building with a ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic. The building’s purpose is mixed — residential and commercial — consisting of four apartments, several commercial units, and 17 residential units. The vertical load-bearing structure consists of 25 cm thick reinforced concrete walls and columns, while all exterior walls are constructed with 25 cm brick blocks.
At present, reinforced concrete works are being carried out on the sloped section of the roof. The next phase will include the installation of exterior joinery, followed by interior works involving partition walls and utility installations.
